Participants in this workshop will learn about prevention-focused, non-punitive school climate strategies that reduce racial disproportionality in school discipline, engage students, and improve life outcomes. The workshop will also highlight the James Morehouse Project at El Cerrito High School in West Contra Costa Unified School District, where students are leading their peers to transform school culture.
