This presentation will share strategies on the importance of building partnerships with colleges and universities in an effort to foster access to higher education for first generation college students. Presenter/s will discuss the successful partnerships between Ramona High School and several colleges. Emphasis will be made on college going culture, AVID program and data presented on student successes of one particular school: Ramona High School.
